Returns & Exchanges

 

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

    •    Custom or made-to-order items

    •    Limited edition or preorder items

    •    Sale or clearance items

 

This includes, but is not limited to, apparel, merchandise, accessories, and promotional items.

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

 

To be eligible for a replacement:

    •    The item must be unused and in its original condition

    •    Proof of damage (photos or video) is required

    •    Your order number must be provided

 

Once approved, we will issue a replacement for the affected item.

Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not available.

Incorrect Address / Shipping Issues

 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

 

We are not responsible for:

    •    Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

    •    Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received

 

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.

 

Refund Processing

 

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
